About Protect-a-Bub
 Protect-a-Bub™'s products were developed in Australia where the incidence of skin cancer is the highest in the world. Six years ago, when Karen Clark-Dickson discovered that nothing was available to adequately protect her newborn from the sun, she designed her own sun protection products. Once Karen realized all mothers shared her concern regarding the inadequacy of existing products, she founded Protect-a-Bub PTY LTD.
 Rachel L. Blakeman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Protect-a-Bub™, experienced a similar dilemma. Prior to a Florida vacation, Rachel's pediatrician advised her that many sun screens should not be used until her baby was six months old. After failing to locate adequate sun protection products in the United States, Rachel turned to Australia and discovered Protect-a-Bub PTY Ltd.
In Florida, numerous mothers stopped Rachel on the street to inquire about the product. She realized the importance of bringing these products to the United States and while still on vacation, contacted Karen. Protect-a-Bub USA™ LLC was formed within weeks. 
Protect-a-Bub™ is wholly owned and operated by mothers. And as we all know, mothers know best.
